A report on the newest trend for the court system from the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) was recently released. This one focus looks to be on court process automation. The NCSC even goes as far as stating, “The potential for automated workflows to reduce court costs is quite large. Other industries have been able to extract as much as 95% of their labor costs from very similar business processes. NCSC informally estimates that up to 85% of what court clerks traditionally do could be automated in this way.” You can view the full report here.
