Okaloosa County, FL Selects Intellidact Artificial Intelligence
ORLANDO, Fla. (August 2017) – Computing System Innovations (CSI), is pleased to announce the Okaloosa Clerk and Comptroller has selected Intellidact Learn By Example™ (LBX) and robotic process automation (RPA) to automate court document workflows.
The Clerk’s office will use Intellidact LBX to automatically classify documents and extract data from e-filings and jail provided arrest reports. Intellidact RPA software bots will validate data, then navigate the Clerk’s case management system performing automatic data entry tasks. Documents having low processing confidence will be routed for local review and data validation allowing staff to make final decisions on questionable filings. Intellidact LBX will also provide natural language processing and enhanced redaction capabilities, further reducing manual labor to ensure removal of complex privacy information.
“The Okaloosa County Clerk’s office has the responsibility to serve the public, and dedicated individuals are needed to provide that service. However, faced with diminished funding it has become more difficult to retain the staff needed to provide those required services,” said JD Peacock, Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller. “So, we turned to CSI and its LBX and RPA technology to help resolve the problem. We are pleased to partner with CSI so we can automate time consuming, repetitious processes like e-filing and case initiation. This resolution allows our staff to devote time to the citizens of Okaloosa County and provide them the service they deserve.”
“CSI is pleased to have Intellidact LBX selected to be the Clerk’s “do it yourself” AI process automation platform,” stated Henry Sal, President of CSI. “Intellidact LBX and RPA provides the Clerk with lights out 24x7x365 processing and radically reduce staff effort to perform e-filing review and data entry, allowing them to provide additional services to their citizens”.
CSI recognized the alarmingly increasing problem of identity theft crimes in the early 2000s. In response, CSI created Intellidact and processed America’s first successful automated redaction project in 2004. In 2015 CSI introduced machine learning technology to empower users with software that they may easily train to transform unstructured documents into structured data. Intellidact continues to lead the industry, providing the most cost-effective, high volume, high accuracy solutions with the least amount of manual verification required, and now the least amount of effort to setup and maintain.
